KW Peterson & Associates was formed to provide professional real estate brokerage and consulting services. It is a participant in multiple listing services covering all of metro Detroit and most of Michigan. We have assisted clients purchase and sell homes in Michigan, several other states and Canada. Through our memberships in Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate and the National Association of Realtors we have established affiliations with the finest real estate firms throughout the world.
Our Clients
Most of our clients are moving within the Detroit area and we have listed and sold homes in all local counties and in most communities. We participate with all corporate relocation departments and have clients with all of the automotive companies and many of the local Fortune 500 offices. Our clients include physicians and staff from all of the local hospitals plus many other professional organizations and companies. Our comprehensive community data services can compare climate, housing prices and trends, public and private schools, crime statistics, employment trends and other related facts between virtually any two or more communities in the United States.
Our Services
In addition to our traditional residential services, we specialize in offering a “Real Estate Concierge” service to assist our clients in all aspects of building new or renovating existing homes. Our professional contacts can assist our clients with everything from site selection and builder negotiations to interior design and decorating. Our new construction experience extends to representing developments as diverse as the TPC of Michigan in Dearborn, Barrington Park in Bloomfield Hills and “Homearama” for the Builders Association of Southeaster Michigan. Our years experience in all forms of residential real estate assures our clients the highest degree of objective, professional, and confidential service
We have had a long history in assisting non-profit organizations. Some of our services have included the sponsoring of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and Lighthouse of Oakland County “Designer Showhouse” and the “Christmas House” public events, special financial support for “Suite Dreams”, Habitat for Humanity, charity auctions and special events at large estates, and consulting assignments with organizations concerning the receipt and disposition of donated properties.
