Rochester Hills is a city in northeast Oakland County of the U.S. state of Michigan, in the northern outskirts of Metropolitan Detroit area. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 70,995. Rochester has 19 constituent neighborhoods and is the 20th largest community in Michigan.
