I met Mike at a time when I was frustrated with the result of my house hunting efforts: I was unable to make an offer to the properties I was interested simply because the properties would have gone (an offer had already been accepted) by the time when I got a chance to view the property. Soon I found that Mike acted quickly upon my request and I was able to view an interested property the same day the property was listed! Mike did not only act quickly: his knowledge about the local communities is very impressive, and he made excellent suggestions and offered ideas on how to perfect an property. With Mike’s help, I was able to make offers to two properties in a couple of months! During the negotiation processes, Mike exhibited excellent skills negotiating with the sellers about the price, of course on my behalf.

Mike was such an amazing person to work with. We connected on a house I had originally seen on Zillow, and he immediately was upfront about the workload on that particular house. He then proceeded in getting to know my wants and needs in purchasing a house and immediately started sending listings my way. He was so incredibly patient with me during this process, along with always making him self readily available for anything I needed, including any last minute walk throughs on a listing I found. Being a single mom can make it extremely difficult to find the time to coordinate appointments and Mike was able to work with my schedule and make it happen. Every house Mike and I would walk through he always had a vision of what could be done to make it my special home. In the end after looking at 20+ houses, I found the house I Was looking for and could not be happier with Mike! He truly was an amazing realtor and I would highly recommend him.
Mike is amazing at his job and takes it very seriously. Even before I got my pre-approval, he was patient enough and believed in me and helped walk me through finding the right lender, the right type of loan, and ultimately, our home. After I got my pre-approval, he did nothing less than going out of his way to make himself available and trying to find the home that I told him that my kids and I were dreaming of. I can’t even tell you how far he goes out of his way for his clients because he is really, really amazing!! The market was rough at the time and homes were going fast and he was able to get me into a home that hadn’t been listed yet and no one else had looked at and we were able to make a bid before anyone else and got it! My kids and I live in a better neighborhood now and absolutely love our home. I told one of my kids that I can’t wait to put up our Christmas tree this year and have a family Christmas dinner in our new home!!
