He came to our home and before the week was out our condo was sold for the highest price in the past years. Then we were out looking at homes. Everything he showed us was in the scope of our wants and wishes. Michael found us the perfect house in White Lake and we knew when we walked in the door that this was it. He submitted our offer that day and the next morning the house was ours.. Michael was always available! Always returned calls immediately and he always answered our questions. Mike was wonderful to work with and really made me feel comfortable in purchasing my first home. I don’t even know where to begin. Of all the realtors we spoke to, Mike, by far was the most professional and enthusiastic. He was a “go getter” from the start. He is definitely an advocate of his client(s). If we mentioned that we were interested in seeing a house, he made the walk through or showing happen that same day. He went above and beyond for us for the home we wanted to purchase so badly (and successfully did!) He built a great relationship with the seller’s agent and was able to negotiate a great price on the house for us. He was very flexible with his time and was available to us whenever we needed. I cannot recommend him enough. Truly the BEST realtor we have ever encountered.

My wife and I engaged 3 listing agents to sell our Clarkston home. Based on Mike’s list pricing recommendation, his knowledge of the local market and the professionalism he displayed during our initial discussions with the agents, we decided to list our home with him. He coached us as to how to stage our home for sale, he took awesome pictures, wrote a comprehensive description of the property and listed it for $40K and $50K more than the other agents suggested list prices. He sold our home within 2 weeks for $615,000, which was approximately 3% less than our asking price.
