Michael Klaiber went beyond my expectations I was fortunate to have Him for my realtor when issues with the bank got pretty frustrating regarding the mortgage he would make calls for me and guide me and smooth things over most importantly was his loyalty to me as a client I wish there were more people like him…I am the regional for a major corporation and I over see 65 retail locations and over 300 employees I can definitely tell you he went beyond his duties and I tip my hat for him.
Michael Klaiber has been a wonderful person to work with during our home search/home purchasing process. We had some pretty specific requirements (large lot size) that was often difficult to find. Mike was always on top of sending us information about homes that we might like. More often than Ican remember, Michael was willing to meet with us and show us a house with very short notice. With houses selling very quickly I can’t say how much we appreciated this of Michael. When it was finally time to make an offer and purchase our new home, Michael was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Available to answer our questions and was always willing to workwith the selling agent when needed. It was a pleasure to have Michael as our real estate agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

We first worked with Mike during the purchase of our new home. There were A LOT of things we requested the sellers to fix and we greatly appreciated how hard he worked at negotiating with the sellers for us. Mike’s communication is truly top notch. He kept us updated with any info he received. He responds quickly to emails, texts, and phone calls, (even on the weekend and after business hours,) which is very important to me. For these reasons we used Mike to sell our old home as well! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!!
